EUROFI „Financial Forum 2025“ in Copenhagen
This year’s EUROFI Financial Forum took place in Copenhagen, at the prestigious Villa Copenhagen hotel, which was transformed from Danish capital to the center of European financial discussions for three whole days. The event brought together over 1,500 guests and 280 speakers from around the world — including representatives of central banks, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and leading economists.
Hurricane provided the technical and visual production of the conference throughout the entire hotel — including the main meeting rooms, foyers, and communal areas. The hotel’s complex architecture required maximum adaptability in both technical solutions and the visual concep
Branding and Visual Identity
Special attention was paid to the foyer and social zones, which served as networking and relaxation areas for participants between individual panels. The goal was to ensure clear program communication and navigation for guests while creating an attractive environment with a strong and distinctive conference visual identity.
Visual identity technologies used in this project included:
LED posters – Installed throughout various parts of the hotel to display key information about the program, partners, and news. Their main advantage was mobility – during the conference, they could be easily repositioned depending on the flow of participants and activities. Another key benefit was the ability to instantly update the displayed content, allowing program changes or announcements to reach attendees in real time.
Organizers especially appreciated this system for displaying the program agenda, times, and discussion topics. For this purpose, we combined six LED posters into one continuous high-resolution screen, ensuring even small text and details were perfectly legible. Despite its large size, the screen could be assembled within minutes, maintaining its advantages — mobility (on wheels), quick content updates, and a clean, minimalist design without additional support structures.
LED banners – Backlit LED banners were installed in the foyer, doubling as photo walls for guests and partners. The even illumination gave the logos and graphics a refined, representative appearance.
Illuminated navigation signs – All printed information boards were enhanced with battery-powered LED lighting, improving visibility and visitor orientation. The even lighting ensured they caught attention even from a distance.
Technical Solutions
From a technical perspective, we once again relied on proven, high-performance systems that guaranteed a smooth and professional course of the event. The conference halls were dominated by LED screens – three internal surfaces supplemented by two additional wide-format displays. Altogether, this created 150 m² of high-resolution digital display area, providing ideal conditions for presentations and live discussions
The Meyer Sound system ensured even coverage and clarity of speech in all meeting rooms. Speakers discussing at the round table used Bosch Dicentis conference microphone system, which is the international standard for professional meeting rooms.
For video recording, we used Panasonic AW-UE160 robotic cameras, which elevated the transmission quality to a new level. Lighting was provided by Robe Esprite and Robe LEDBeam 150 moving heads — a combination allowing instant lighting adjustments directly from the control desk, without physical repositioning, for example when changing the speaker’s table or lectern.
The conference at Villa Copenhagen successfully combined visual sophistication, technical precision, and flexible solutions — delivering a seamless and visually impressive experience.
