Our story
The company Martin Štefanek – Hurricane was founded in 1998. We started with small events, but as we gradually grew – larger indoor and outdoor events followed, we advanced technically, and our team expanded with skilled professionals. After nine years, the original company naturally transformed into Hurricane, s.r.o.
Since we were no longer focused only on sound and lighting technology, but increasingly on complex solutions, in 2019 we decided to change the former name Hurricane – sound & light to the new brand HURRICANE – EVENT PRODUCTION & DESIGN. The new name best expresses who we are and where we are headed.
Decades of hard teamwork have taken us from a supplier of audiovisual technology to the level of a company that provides complete technical and creative production and event design – from conferences, television broadcasts, and exhibitions to concerts and large-scale events.
At Hurricane, we transform events into unforgettable experiences that stay in memory. At the same time, we continually innovate to deliver solutions for future generations of clients – with the support of the next generation of the family, already developing projects within the Hurricane team.
