How is it going here?
1. Assignment | initial idea
Every project begins with a clearly defined client brief. From the very first contact, we listen to your needs, expectations, and event goals. Based on these, we can design technical and creative solutions that accurately capture the character of the event and support its atmosphere.
2. Inspection
Our projects continue with a personal meeting, either at our place or directly at the event. We map the space in detail so that we can prepare an accurate design and visualization of the technical solution.
3. PRICE OFFER | TECHNICAL SOLUTION PROPOSAL
After the inspection, we will prepare a price offer and a 3D visualization, which will allow the client to see the real layout of the equipment, lighting design, animations and the overall visual of the event. We have a modern warehouse system with online records, so we use only the necessary equipment and do not charge unnecessary extra items. In addition, each device is tested by our professional staff before and after the event.
4. CONTENT PRODUCTION | 3D VISUALIZATION
Our own production studio allows us to plan light shows, animations, and visuals in advance of the event. This allows us to reduce production and personnel costs, prepare video post-production, and pre-program scenes or projections according to a predetermined script.
5. EVENT PREPARATION | LOGISTICS
Before each event, we carefully prepare the equipment and check its condition. The online warehouse system guarantees that the event will use exactly the equipment required by the project, without unnecessary extra items. Everything is thoroughly tested and prepared. Managing the logistics of the technical production of an event requires careful planning and organization. At Hurricane, we also take care of all aspects of travel and logistics for our specialists, cooperating partners. 6. TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION
Technical implementation includes services: assembly | technical tests | production | dismantling of equipment. Our trained team of technicians pays attention to aesthetics and safety. We place the equipment so that it naturally fits into the space and at the same time ensures top-notch image and sound. The cabling is run as little as possible visibly and always with an emphasis on safety - during assembly, the event itself and during dismantling.
7. POST-PRODUCTION | EVALUATION
After the event, we take care of the recording processing, video post-production and delivery of all agreed materials. We evaluate the entire process with the client, provide feedback and recommendations for further projects. Debrief is a natural part for us, it concludes the project and at the same time opens up space for future cooperation.
