Scenic Design

Scenic Design represents in our understanding a service that consists of two components : 3D visualization and lighting design.

3D Visualisation

3D visualization shapes the space during preparation.

We create not only visually appealing but also highly realistic 3D visualizations that are an integral part of scenic projects in creative event design. Whether we work on our own concepts or prepare visualizations according to our clients' ideas, our goal is always to translate these concepts into extremely realistic 3D visualizations.

We use 3D visualizations as a key tool in event design. We create elaborate stage models either based on our own concept or according to the client's specifications, always with an emphasis on realistic results and accurate translation of the creative design into space.

If the specific venue is known, we will also incorporate real architecture or a finished design of the space into the visualization. This makes it possible to see how the scene will look in the real environment during the preparation phase, which reduces the risk of additional adjustments during implementation.

3D visualization allows you to imagine the entire event before construction begins, make decisions based on clear visuals, and implement changes in a timely manner. It simplifies communication between all teams involved, helps explain technical connections, and quickly shows what effect different types of event technology will bring to the stage or studio.

We have an extensive database of event spaces from previous projects, which allows us to work with the exact dimensions and proportions of individual venues. Thanks to this, the resulting 3D visualizations are extremely realistic and faithfully reflect real conditions. At the same time, we can also prepare completely new spaces that are created specifically for a given event.

Lighting design

Lighting design defines the character of the event.

Lighting design fundamentally affects the atmosphere, legibility of the scene, and the overall visual level of the production. It determines which elements the audience's attention is focused on and how the event is perceived in space, on camera, and online.

677 At Hurricane, we approach lighting design as an integral part of the event concept. We begin each project with a detailed analysis of the format, content and space so that the designed lighting solutions achieve the desired visual effect, support the scene or architecture and are optimally adapted to the specific venue. Using real-time rendering of the scene with the lighting design involved, we can simulate real-life event conditions already in the preparation phase. We can test and optimize lighting settings, verify the visibility of key lighting elements and fine-tune timing, which reduces additional interventions at the event site and thus streamlines the client's budget.
