Planning a conference or event in a historic space such as Šimák Castle Pezinok , requires an approach with a great deal of respect and emotion. Technical solutions that do not disrupt the space but instead support its atmosphere may at first glance appear simple - but in reality, it is often an extremely complex job. The clean and unobtrusive result is often based on complex processes in the background. In a thematic presentation “History illuminated by the future” we have demonstrated this approach in practice.

The AI that breathed life into the indigenous people
Technology is rapidly evolving and becoming a key part of the event experience. As we don't see AI tools as just add-ons, we have fully integrated them into the entire event cycle. Already at the entrance to the podium, guests were greeted by AI character in 250 cm LCD screen. The staircase was animated with thematic images in the style of Harry Potter, that looked natural and unobtrusive. Upon entering the hall, the wall „emerged“ another historical inhabitant of the castle. She was later joined by an animated male representative on an LED screen. Together they created a unique moment, which immediately drew the guests into the action.
The sound you hear but can't see
The sound system has been integrated to provide high sound quality without visible technology in space. Without being alerted, guests didn't even realize where the sound was in the space. The result was an even acoustic experience that did not disrupt the aesthetics of the hall.
Unified technical overhead in one click
Custom-designed solutions are becoming increasingly popular. Our team integrated lighting, LED screens, projection mapping and scenic elements to create a vibrant and emotionally resonant environment. Bringing all these elements together created a truly immersive experience. In this case, we additionally set up the lighting scene change, corporate graphics, audio jingle and slide switching so that the presenter controlled them with a single click. Thanks to triggers and precise synchronization of technical elements, we achieved a smooth, but above all consistent course of the event.
Mapping that highlighted the beauty of the space
Videomapping at events is no longer just a flashy visual insert. It has gradually evolved into a strategic tool, who can tell stories and build emotions. Its real power lies not only in its spectacular projections, but especially in its ability to connect audiovisual content with the architecture of the space. Thanks to this, we have managed to transform parts of historic architecture into a living canvas and give it an unforgettable atmosphere.
