Wound Care event – Vienna

Our company provided production and technical solutions for the prestigious Woundcare pharmaceutical conference held at the Hilton Waterfront Hotel in Vienna. The main element of the stage was a high-resolution Gloshine LED screen, which, along with a simple and clean stage design, created a professional and unobtrusive atmosphere. The client, who flew in from the United Arab Emirates, appreciated our comprehensive solutions, including customized branding. Comatex material printed with the client's graphics and the event logo lined the stage, emphasizing the visual identity of the conference.

The setup also included LED posters measuring 2×1 m, which strategically complemented the space. The advantage of LED posters lies in their high resolution, customizable content, easy transport, and quick installation. To conceal structures, we created side banners that eliminated distractions and supported the clean appearance of the stage. The simple scenic design was enhanced by a pipe & drape system that unified and organized the area behind the LED screen. The overall design was subtle yet precise, meeting all expectations of both the client and the participants.
