Fortinet - Oldtimer Gallery

Our team's role as the technical provider included comprehensive organization for a conference and event in one. The event for our client Fortinet took place in the beautiful Oldtimer Gallery (a vintage car museum). We utilized our previous experience with this open space and the exhibited items to fully adapt it for the event. We optimized the lighting design to ensure that visitors could fully appreciate the atmosphere of the historic vehicles, which became part of the overall experience. Our technical support for the event included not only audiovisual solutions but also six LED posters. These were placed throughout the space and dynamically updated with content according to the day's schedule. After the conference portion ended, we transitioned to an event setup, ensuring a smooth transition between formats. The evening was accompanied by the Showtime Band.sk, which created a pleasant atmosphere for the guests.
