MSD All Hands Summit – Vienna

For the pharmaceutical company MSD, we provided comprehensive technical support for their summit, focusing on optimizing the space. One of the key elements was the creation of a banner measuring 14 x 4.5 meters, which we had to assemble from smaller sections (2 x 2 meters) due to limited access to the conference hall. To maintain the modern character of the space and minimize the footprint of the structure, we designed and installed a black aluminum gate. This construction was elevated and did not affect the room's design. We suspended moving head lights with shutters from a truss, ensuring ideal white light levels. We emphasized that the lighting did not interfere with the projection areas of the banner, where professional content was displayed.

Top-quality images were provided by Panasonic projectors with a laser light source. We used special cages for their suspension, which allowed for hanging above people due to certification, and the precise mechanics ensured accurate image adjustment.
