Festival of Future - AmCham

The three-day Festival of Future conference, organized by AmCham Slovakia at the Jurkovičova Tepláreň, was a significant international project. AmCham celebrated 30 years of successful collaboration with the business sector. We had the honor of providing technical support for this event, which was divided into four conference rooms.

Our technicians installed two LED screens, a large-format 98″ LCD screen, and ensured the recording of the entire event. Some speakers joined via Teams, allowing them to communicate with remote audiences through the images displayed on the LED screens. Thanks to a meticulously crafted logistical plan, our technical production effectively managed the installations and deinstallations of equipment, as well as transitions between rooms at various time intervals. Audio technicians utilized up to 24 wireless channels from Shure UR4D. In one of the rooms, we also provided a Bosch interpreting system with ISO certification for international speakers.

The conference themes included the future of IT, digitalization, healthcare, the environment, and the global economy. The event concluded with an evening musical program, which was highly appreciated by the attendees.

This project once again demonstrated our ability to deliver comprehensive technical production at a high level, as well as tailor-made solutions for our clients.
