Television poll “Volunteer Firefighters of the Year”

The awards ceremony honoring volunteer firefighters took place in the historic setting of the Winter Riding Hall at Bratislava Castle. This TV project was broadcasted in a "re-live" format with a 30-minute delay. Executing such an event required high-end equipment and an experienced professional team capable of managing the complex coordination involved in the entire production process.

Technical Solution:

The centerpiece of the stage was over 100 square meters of LED screens. A large central screen was complemented by LED strips and two front-facing screens to ensure visual prominence from every camera angle. To add depth to the scene, we installed 280 square meters of a starry sky backdrop behind the screens. All visuals and video content for the LED screens during musical performances were custom-created in our production studio.

Both the effect and white stage lighting came entirely from the Robe lighting portfolio, exclusively using LED light sources—without a single bulb or discharge lamp. We primarily used Esprite moving heads, which provided not only white light for performers but also served as dynamic visual effects for more energetic scenes.

We suspended various types of point-source loudspeakers from the renowned American brand Meyer Sound, ensuring clear and even sound distribution without interfering with the visual elements

To suspend the lights, speakers, and LED screens, we used more than 200 meters of black aluminum trussing from Milos. The total weight of the installed technology reached 16 tons hence the whole project required meticulous technical and logistical planning.

The client appreciated not only the quality of the technical setup but also the seamless execution of the entire event. The complex stage setup had to be dismantled in less than 8 hours, demanding precise logistics and coordination of all suppliers to ensure a safe and efficient process
