Women in Business

This year we were also a technical partner at the successful Woman In Business conference, which took place in the form of a hybrid event in our studio. Our partner agency Creative Pro was responsible for the organization of the whole conference. A hybrid event is a combination of physical participation and online streaming, either of the speakers themselves or of the audience. Our studio provides enough space for approximately 50 guests to watch the conference live. For the comfort of the visitors, we have adapted not only the studio, but also the actual warehouse space of our company. We created an entrance area with decorative lighting and a catering area from the aisle between the racks. The entire conference was conducted under strict safety measures: mandatory wearing of gowns, temperature measurement, regular disinfection of microphones and hands.
