Oncology Congress – Barcelona

At the prestigious ESMO Oncology Congress at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via, we provided comprehensive AV solutions for the Regeneron booth. We created a space for interactive presentations that highlighted innovations and research results in oncology. Our team installed Gloshine LED screens measuring 16×3 meters, arranged in an atypical shape. These three screens were synchronized with a transparent OLED positioned centrally in the booth, through which the co-founder and president of the company personally addressed the visitors. The content of the research presentation was visually displayed on all screens simultaneously, creating an engaging effect. We cleverly integrated the audio system directly into the booth under the transparent OLED. The booth also featured a touchscreen LCD for browsing content. To ensure comfort and privacy during meetings, we equipped two meeting rooms with additional LCD screens.
