After a long time, we had the opportunity to organize a grand two-day summer wedding. Since the client was from abroad, it is their tradition to bring families and friends together through a pre-wedding party, which always takes place the day before the wedding.

String Lights at Šimák Castle

The theme of the pre-wedding party was Slovak traditions – from traditional Slovak dishes to performances by a folklore ensemble, which were highly praised by international guests, mostly from the USA. We aimed to enhance the atmosphere of the outdoor space at Šimák Castle in Pezinok with lighting, using string lights. These were attached to support structures to blend seamlessly with the surroundings and add charm to the evening family event. At the same time, we created anchor points for the string lights to ensure full coverage of the courtyard.

40 technicians at Červený Kameň

The wedding of this foreign couple took place in castle Červený kameň, where our team created 5 stages. First one was located in the woods not far away in the woods of the castle, where the ceremony took place. The second stage was in the courtyard of the castle. Where we have technically supported the welcome dance for the ceremony. The third stage was located in the underground part of the premises, where the gala dinner took place. The fourth stage was the dancing one, where guests were having fun until late hours when they moved to the fifth stage for an afterparty.The entire interior of the castle was staged with lighting effects from Robe, and based on the demanding requirements of the client, we chose the sound system and speakers from the Meyer Sound brand.

The whole underground of the castle was filled with technical equipment, where all the guests fluctuated according to time schedule. The wedding program was filled with interesting musical guests from abroad and also Slovak DJ Tager. In total, our technical production team consisted of up to 40 technicians (during installation, the wedding itself and de-installation). We ensured the entire energy consumption not only for our technical department, but also for the catering company. We have secured the output using our aggregate, that was placed outside the castle to not disturb the wedding guests. These types of weddings are always a pleasant addition to our event world.
