ECG Solo ´22

During the hot summer days, it's essential to let loose at dance parties. We organized one such event for one of our best Slovak DJs, the fantastic DJ EKG, who showcased his 12-hour set "EKG SOLO 2022" at Wakelake in Bratislava. The surroundings of Zlaté Piesky transformed into a vibrant dance party, supported by top-notch technical setup. DJ EKG invited Slovak musician Bongoman Elizz for selected sets. Despite an unfavorable weather forecast, the sun shone brightly, allowing participants to fully enjoy the show outdoors.

We planned the event's technical aspects several weeks in advance. Our lighting setup featured Robe fixtures, including Pointe, LedWash 800, and Spiider. A captivating scenic element was a circular structure placed directly above the DJ, which included a circular LED screen and a web of Robe Spiider moving heads, achieving interesting graphic effects through pixel mapping. All lights were weatherproofed to ensure the production could run smoothly regardless of conditions. DJ EKG appreciated the quality and dynamics of the Meyer Sound system, particularly the DJ monitors made up of 2x MJF210 and 2x LFC 900 subwoofers. The main sound was powered by Leopard speakers, supplemented by LFC-1100 subwoofers, and we also used UPQ full-range speakers for VIP area sound. For the structures towering above the fans, we utilized our heavy-duty ground support, built in a unique shape to hang lights and install the LED circle above the DJ. We also incorporated smaller Milos structures to complement lighting over the VIP section. The overall effect was well-received by both attendees and DJ EKG. What more can we say? We love creating events that resonate with the crowd!
