POWER UP Conference

The British production company ASPECT approached us with a request to provide a technological solution for the POWER UP conference, aimed at motivating sales teams and boosting their energy for the upcoming period. Our goal was to deliver a reliable and functional technological foundation that would support the atmosphere of the event and facilitate its organization.

The main visual element of the conference was a backlit banner. This is an alternative to standard printed banners – thanks to its own backlighting, no additional lighting is required. It creates a striking visual effect and gives the space a more professional look, thus enhancing the experience for the event and its participants. This type of banner is typically used at trade shows, in retail stores or at airports, and is not commonly seen in the event environment.

To ensure smooth and immediate communication among team members, we used the interkom system GreenGO, based on an IP network, designed for flexible and scalable communication solutions in areas such as live production, broadcasting, theatre, and events. It enabled us to efficiently handle operational instructions during the conference without the need for external devices and without disrupting the ongoing programme.

At the client’s request, we also created custom-made glossy solid wall that served as an “impact action wall." This solid wall, with information pasted on it, was used as a resource for team brainstorming sessions. We designed the solution with practical use of space and the specific visual concept of the event in mind.
