An international conference of financial and bank sector EUROFI still holds a high standard within European congresses and conferences. Twice a year, always a different European city. Now it was time for swedish Stockholm. We can provide a high standard of services, hence that is the reason why the client counts on us with every event planned. The venue of the 3-day event was Grand Hotel Stockholm, a building from the late 19th century, located right across the Royal Palace. Considering the importance of the event, our team prepared well in advance for everything.

The conference took place in two historic halls, where we built two LED screens with high-resolution. In the first hall it was a more extensive construction of a screen with dimensions 14x4.5m and in the second hall with dimensions 8x4m. We have also prepared the entire video content management, including live broadcast from the cameras. We captured the image using a combination of BlackMagic Ursa cameras and Panasonic robotic cameras. With this type of event, it´s the robotic cameras that save client money that he would spent on number of cameramen. Thanks to the app Nudato we were able to obtain data and graphics from a complex system. Hence we were able to display the data directly on the LED screen. Any content, including any changes during the conference, was wirelessly transmitted via this system to 6 LCD screens located in the hotel. The greatest advantage of this app is, that we can control any changes in the program of the conference from 1 place. All screens within the entire event area – including the video stream. A natural feature of such a conference is the sound and light systems, which was decently adapted to this type of event. That is why we used our latest Meyer Sound Ultra X40 loudspeakers. We can arrange such conferences and other types of events in any country.
