Eurofi – Ghent

7th conference Eurofi Financial Forum took place in Belgian ancient city Ghent. This event reached a record attendance on the conference – almost 1400 guests. Finance experts from the state and private sector met again to discuss current topics, e.g. also the impact of artificial intelligence on finance.

The technical support of the event is mostly based on LED screens. Right into the congress centre, we have installed up to 120m2 of LED screen with a high resolutiom, that consisted of approximately 500 modules of LED panels. To the main hall, wfee provided LED screen of size 20 x 3,5m and the redsolution itself exceeded almost 8k. The whole 3 day conference with debates constantly happening, was shot by up to 16 cameras placed in both halls, from which 5 were robotic ones. It was Panasonic cameras - of which we are the official rental partner in Slovakia. The control of the entire video system was managed via the Barco S3-4K Event Switcher, the advantage of which is low signal delay and at the same time high quality of the live image of the cameras.

We completed the entire congress space with custom-made banners for the client. As for the lighs, we chose battery-operated LED lights to minimize wiring and to achieve a clean space. The concrete industrial space of the congress center was decorated with flower arrangements and supplemented with furniture. We have supported the premises with our technologies – from lights, LCD monitors, to LED screens, which enhanced the seriousness, but at the same time the decency of the given event. All LCD and LED screens took data from the central system Nudato. It recorded updated information about the program, which we processed in the direction and presented it directly on all screens.
