ERRA | Annual Conference
The 23rd ERRA International Conference brought to Bratislava an expert discussion on the regulation of energy markets and also marked the 25th anniversary of the organisation. The event was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bratislava. The conference brought together energy regulators, energy company leaders, investors, consultants and academics.
Carrier solution based on interpretation and consistent sound coverage throughout the space
The conference solution was built on Bosch interpreting system. The implementation also included the rapid expansion of the system with more than 300 interpreter stations, which the client requested just prior to installation. The sound system was built on Meyer Sound technology. An important component was compact small speakers Meyer Sound MM-4XPD, that do not obstruct the view and do not interfere with the visual character of the space. These loudspeakers ensured front fill and side fill - i.e. accurate sound coverage even in the front rows near the stage, where clarity is often key
Technological solution:
The technological solution was designed to seamlessly connect the main conference space with the accompanying programme and create a unified visual experience for all participants. Already at registration, visitors were welcomed LED postre with the presentation of the event partners, with all graphic materials created directly in our team. The dominant element of the visual was also the LED harness Gloshine, which gave the space a modern and dynamic character. The overall cleanliness and professional impression was enhanced by the glossy balletizing on the stage, which highlighted every detail of the presentations and panel discussions.
