Conference for VW – financial services

We are very glad that we could once again work with company Volkswagen – financial services, this time, in a very pleasant conference hall in Hotel Sitno. Our team Hurricane provided apart from technical support of the event (light, sound, video) also our technical management. The first half of the day began with the conference part. The host was announcing the best sellers for last year and internal managers also took a chance and outlined the news coming in next year, 2024.

With the help of decorated constructions beside the stage, we created an elevated place, where we placed our effect lights. Through them, we created interesting light patterns on the ceiling of the hall, which we adapted to the conference part and later also to the evening program. Employees were having fun in the evening at the afterparty, where the Bystrík Band performed. Later, the music genre changed to a mix of foreign dance tracks performed by a DJ that were proposed by us to our client.
