Brand Experience for a Strategic Conference

Coca-Cola’s full-day event centred on innovation, marketing strategy, and the brand’s future direction. The daytime programme took the form of a conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton, with discussions on marketing initiatives, forward planning, and the introduction of the new Coca-Cola Zero Zero.

Event design as a vehicle for brand identity

Our team delivered a comprehensive Event Design in which every detail reinforced Coca-Cola’s brand identity and tone of voice. Visuals, scenography, colour lighting, and content materials created a coherent visual universe—ensuring participants felt instantly immersed in the brand story. With a strong editorial approach to the content, the conference came across as modern, well-structured, and emotionally engaging

End-to-end technical delivery

As part of the overall Event Production , we provided complete technical and production delivery—from the initial spatial concept through to the seamless running of the programme throughout the day. The stage featured a high-impact Gloshine widescreen LED wall with a 2.6 mm pixel pitch , complemented by a dynamic lighting design using Robe Pointe, Spiider and Esprite fixtures. The resulting production setup created a professional environment for presentations, panel discussions and visual communication.

 

A seamless shift in energy

After the conference, the programme moved to the VIP areas of the football stadium. Music was provided by DJ Hajtkovič, while we delivered full technical support—including audiovisual elements and lighting —to keep the space dynamic and the evening segment energetic through to the early hours.

The outcome: an experience powered by design and content

The event showcased our integrated approach:connecting production, creative design, technical execution and content management. The result was an immersive experience that reflected the modern character of the Coca-Cola brand and strengthened its narrative in the eyes of attendees.
