Amazon FGBS EMEA Meeting

Top representatives from the finance department of the global company Amazon gathered at the Sheraton Hotel in Bratislava. After a successful tender, we proposed a solution for the English production company that met the strictest requirements and UK safety standards, including the so-called Risk Assessment – Health & Safety Policy..

The entire conference was designed in a minimalist style, which was still very interesting. An unconventional element was the combination of a Gloshine LED screen and side banners. We enhanced the graphics on the banners using new-generation new-generation Panasonic laser projectors. The content of the mapping, which delicately outlined the contours of Bratislava, dynamically enriched the scenery.

One of the interesting requests was to provide six monitors for the presenters, with various signal combinations.

After the successful execution of the conference, we received a lot of positive feedback, which delighted us and commits us to even better performance in the future.
