Security systems for crowd control and technical protection<\/h2>\n

Pressure Barriers are used to ensure safety at cultural and sporting events. Their function is to safely separate the audience from restricted areas \u2013 such as the stage, technical areas, racetrack, and others. These barriers are essential for events with larger crowds, as they help prevent injuries to the audience while also allowing security personnel to monitor the event's progress. The barriers also protect expensive equipment, such as sound control and stage apparatus.<\/p>\n

Two Types of Barriers<\/h3>\n

Two types of barriers are used \u2013 free-standing and step-on barriers. Free-standing barriers are made of lightweight construction and are primarily used for smaller cultural events in front of the stage or to delineate different spaces.<\/p>\n

Step-on barriers are more robust and are recommended for large concerts in front of the stage to protect performers.
