    Brand Experience for a Strategic Conference<\/h2>

    Coca-Cola\u2019s full-day event centred on innovation, marketing strategy, and the brand\u2019s future direction. The daytime programme took the form of a conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton<\/b>, with discussions on marketing initiatives, forward planning, and the introduction of the new Coca-Cola Zero Zero<\/b>.<\/p>

    Event design as a vehicle for brand identity<\/span><\/b><\/h3>

    Our team delivered a comprehensive Event Design <\/strong>in which every detail reinforced Coca-Cola\u2019s brand identity and tone of voice. Visuals, scenography, colour lighting, and content materials created a coherent visual universe\u2014ensuring participants felt instantly immersed in the brand story. With a strong editorial approach to the content, the conference came across as modern, well-structured, and emotionally engaging<\/p>

    End-to-end technical delivery<\/h4>

    As part of the overall Event Production<\/strong> , we provided complete technical and production delivery\u2014from the initial spatial concept through to the seamless running of the programme throughout the day. The stage featured a high-impact Gloshine widescreen LED wall with a 2.6 mm pixel pitch<\/strong> , complemented by a dynamic lighting design using Robe <\/strong> Pointe, Spiider and Esprite fixtures. The resulting production setup created a professional environment for presentations, panel discussions and visual communication.<\/p><\/div>

    A seamless shift in energy<\/h4>

    After the conference, the programme moved to the VIP areas of the football stadium. Music was provided by DJ Hajtkovi\u010d, while we delivered full technical support\u2014including audiovisual elements and lighting <\/strong>\u2014to keep the space dynamic and the evening segment energetic through to the early hours.<\/p>

    The event showcased our integrated approach<\/strong>:connecting production, creative design, technical execution and content management.
