The organizer of the international EUROFI Financial Forum count on team Hurricane, with the technical support of the Hurricane team at every conference that is planned. This time, we probably traveled the farthest to the conference, almost 3,000 km to Santiago de Compostela. This Spanish city is mainly known as the place of pilgrimage having a large cathedral in the square.

Out technical team was preparing for this event several months before, so that the actual 3-day conference went as best and smooth, as it could. Once again, it brought together well-known names from the financial field, banking and public bodies of the EU.

How did we support the main hall?

The biggest challenge for us was the main conference hall with a low ceiling. For the overall view, 3 pillars were standing in our way, since they were located in the middle as well as on the sides of the hall. For a better view for the guests, we additionally installed 3 LCD screens in the hall, on which live footage was being displayed. The basis was a Gloshine LED screen with dimensions of 20x3m. Compared to last year, the number of cameras was increased. The conference hall was captured by 9 cameras, of which, 5 were film cameras BlackMagic Ursa and the other 4 were robotic PTZ cameras, Panasonic. Thanks to these, we were able to cover footage of the whole area without the need of other personnel.

The second hall was slightly smaller, but conceptually similar to the main one. We fully equipped it with a 10x3 m LED screen, and as in the main hall, we also provided comprehensive sound and lighting in this one.

    Tailor-made services:

The layout and capacity of the hotel premises did not suit the client for a sufficient number of guests. We therefore proposed a solution for him right on the spot. We built an additional partition - a door through which people entered, and we therefore effectively used the space of the corridor.

In addition to securing the technology, we also took care of branding the hotel with banners that we made specifically for the client.
