- Purchase contracts concluded via the online shop are kept for the period of order processing and for the necessary time in case of exercising rights, e.g. claims.

- Complaints register
- Documents relating to the claim shall be kept for 5 years.

Your personal data is stored on servers in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Ireland or another EU country. These countries guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data according to the decision of the European Commission.
