Team Hurricane for the EU Erasmus programme carried out two major events in two Slovak cities. The Erasmus+ programme aims to improve skills, youth employment and modernise education. Erasmus celebrated its 35th anniversary and we delivered this celebration to the client on a turnkey basis. We started with a conference on exchange visits and support for study projects in the interior of the Carlton Hotel in Bratislava. Our Absen LED screen filled the stage behind the panelists, where students and teachers shared their experiences and learnings from their international internships together. After the conference part, the event continued with a public concert on Hviezdoslav Square. The Primary Art School from Šamorín presented itself with singing and dancing performances and the J. Vydra School of Art Industry from Bratislava presented the fashion designs of the students through a fashion show. A performance by singer Teri Čikoš and her band closed the event for Erasmus in Bratislava. In addition to technical support such as the supply of LED screens, sound and lighting, we also provided production support such as photo and video services, giveaways, stalls in the square to the actual editing and video clip of the event.

In Banská Bystrica we continued the anniversary celebration in OC Europa. The event was attended by 20 Erasmus partners - from primary schools to various educational organisations. The students presented and discussed their experiences from their foreign exchanges. The programme was accompanied by colourful musical performances by students from the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica. Again, we supplied the LED screen, provided the sound system, promotional items for the stands and realized this event down to the smallest detail. Did you know that you too can go on an internship abroad? Or that Erasmus can also support your educational project? Well, we didn't.
However, we were very pleased with a reference from a client who trusted us and we managed to make this anniversary another beautiful EVENT.
