Our technical support services and customized solutions for the multinational company MSD (Merck & Co) combined clean design and functionality at the Hilton Vienna Park. At the international event, where teams from across Europe gathered, we prepared technical solutions for parallel presentations in two halls. In the main hall, we created an 18 x 3.5 meter banner with two “windows,” where we placed Stumpfl projection screens for rear projection. These areas were illuminated by Panasonic projectors with a brightness of 12,000 ANSI lumens. We designed, manufactured, and delivered the banner, including its structure and custom printing, directly to the site. The edges were enhanced with a pipe & drape system, which elegantly closed off the overall background. For the audience's maximum comfort, we positioned the front lighting at a greater distance, using Robe DL4S and Esprite lights. In the second hall, we installed a front projection Panasonic system with a brightness of 7,000 ANSI lumens, providing clear and sharp visuals. Thanks to our precise approach, we ensured the smooth progress of this international event for the client.
