Innovative Technical Solutions in the Heart of Budapest

Technical production solutions and support for the prestigious EUROFI conference were once again managed by our Hurricane team. This significant international event took place at the iconic Intercontinental Hotel in the beautiful center of Budapest. We implemented several new innovative solutions that the client greatly appreciated. Regarding conference technology, we used the latest Bosch Dicentis microphones, which met strict ISO standards and ensured flawless sound quality for the speakers. We further enhanced the visual impression by installing three enormous Gloshine 2.6 LED screens, covering a total area of 146 m². For perfect real-time image synchronization, we utilized the Barco S3 video processor, ensuring minimal delay during live camera broadcasts. Additionally, we deployed Panasonic PTZ cameras, which, due to their small size, could be positioned right in the middle of the main discussion table.

A completely new feature we used for the first time was backlit banners with an aluminum structure and special LEDs. This system provided even backlighting compared to standard banners, easy assembly, and high-quality images that, at times, resembled LED screens in sharpness. During the so-called gala dinner, we again utilized our pipe & drape system. This allowed us to flexibly partition part of the foyer, creating the ideal space for the festive dinner preparation. This quick and easily transportable system saved the client time and costs, and we were able to swiftly and efficiently uninstall it afterward.
