The Beyond Green conference, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), became a venue for ecological topics with an emphasis on the future of responsible business. All guests met in Einpark in Bratislava, which is also known for its carbon neutrality. The space thus provided the ideal conditions for this type of a conference.

Since the majority of the guests were English-speaking, we have used an interpreting equipment that made the communication during individual discussion sessions a lot easier. We have recorded and edited the whole event right on the spot. A video editor was present, who was cutting live footage from PTZ cameras together with video content. Professional PTZ cameras were placed near concrete pillars. Due to their size, they were almost non-existent for the guests. It is because we do not need a cameraman to be present and physically stand next to the cameras, but they are being controlled by a technician directly from the FOH. To the part of the premises, where informal “small talks” took place, we installed more than 30 meters of pipe & drape system, which meets strict safety criteria of non-flammability. The conference was a brainstorming session on mutual cooperation, which will be the key in creating a greener future.
