At the AMWC Monaco congress, one of the most important events in the field of aesthetic medicine, Galderma showcased its brand through a multifunctional lounge area. Our brief was to provide an AV solution that would help transform the lounge into a vibrant communication hub capable of supporting education, discussions, networking and business meetings throughout the congress. The client needed to ensure that specialist content reached visitors even outside the conference halls, whilst ensuring that the brand remained visible and relevant throughout their visit to the exhibition.
Exhibitions at international congresses now serve many more purposes than simply showcasing products. For pharmaceutical and healthcare brands, they provide a space for building trust, fostering professional relationships and sharing knowledge. That is precisely why it was important to create AV ecosystem, which will support this objective in every part of the Lounge. The central LED screen played a key role, allowing visitors to view specialist content, product presentations and live coverage of the conference proceedings. Thanks to the Unilumin LED screen with a fine P1.9 resolution, the content became the dominant communication element in the space without disrupting networking or business meetings. The solution also included a 55″ transparent touchscreen OLED display, which enabled specialist information to be presented in an interactive format. Rather than passively viewing content, visitors could actively engage with the brand and explore selected topics at their own pace. The individual zones of the Lounge were also interconnected via a network of LCD monitors ranging in size from 43″ to 75″, ensuring consistent content delivery across the Science Lab, Restylane and Meeting Room areas. Regardless of where a visitor was located, they had access to relevant information and the current programme.
In exhibition and conference projects, we do not view AV technology as a standalone service. Its role is to support the client’s business and communication objectives. In the case of the Galderma Lounge, we built a solution based on three principles:
Make specialist content available outside conference halls
Using a central LED screen, we linked the Lounge to the main conference programme. Participants were able to watch expert commentary, presentations and live broadcasts directly from the exhibition area, which naturally increased visitor numbers in the space.
Encourage interaction, not just a presentation
The transparent OLED touchscreen has made it possible to engage more actively with content. In the context of a specialist conference, it helped to facilitate natural breaks, discussions and one-to-one consultations.
Maintain consistent communication throughout the entire exhibition
The placement of LCD screens in each zone ensured that brand content, specialist information and navigation remained accessible throughout the visit to the Lounge. The result was a seamless visitor experience without any information barriers.

– linking the Lounge with the congress’s professional programme,
– consistent brand communication throughout the entire space,
– greater visitor engagement through interactive elements,
– support for business meetings and expert discussions,
– easier access to specialist content, and the opportunity to follow the proceedings of the congress even outside the main halls.
